3 cups Water
1 tsp. Salt
Directions: Mix 1 cup Polenta, water, and salt in 2 qt. sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low stir continuously for 25 to 35 minute or until a small spoon will stand up in it. You can serve it hot or let it cool. You can also slice and top with tomato and meat sauce or your favorite topping.
For Fried Polenta: Cover bottom of fry pan with oil and heat to medium. Slice cold Polenta into 1/4 inch pieces and fry until slightly golden. For sweet flavor sprinkle with powdered sugar.
