South Texas Milling, Inc. is a small, family owned and operated business
located in Inez, Texas, a small farming and ranching community 10 miles
east of Victoria along the Texas Gulf Coast.
We are a fourth-generation farm family that started our stone milling business in May
2001 so we could turn the grain we grow into quality products for you
and your family. All the corn in our products we grow, harvest, clean,
grind, bag, and market directly from our farm. We like to say we take
it from “the seed to the shelf” without it ever leaving our
hands.
The corn used in our products has been selected from the finest corn
hybrids available. Once the corn is harvested, it is cleaned and then
ground using century-old stone grinding methods. Our products are all
natural, with nothing added, so you can taste the freshness.
Our goal has been to produce wholesome, quality products! After
months of taste-testing, we are bringing you the next products in
our line. We hope you enjoy all these special blends!
