HOW OUR PROGRAM WORKS

We recommend a two week selling program, which usually starts on a Monday and ends two weeks later.  Once you have your orders collected, you tally up the products ordered.  This needs to be done immediately after the completion of the program to ensure your delivery date.

We will provide you with an Order Tally Sheet.  You will fill out your order by case.  We box out items in cases of 12.  I.e. if you have sold 43 of the Grandma's Cornbread Mix, you will order 4 cases (12x4=48) to be able to fill your order of 43.  This will give you 5 extra to fill late orders, give to a guest speaker, or use as a door prize, etc.  You will total each item by case and send that order to us with the top white copy from each individual order for our records.  This should be completed 3 to 5 days after Campaign ends to ensure delivery date.  Once we receive your order, we get to work filling it.

We are aware that there is always a late order, we allow late orders up until two weeks after the original order date.  We ship you your items within six to eight weeks.  You will be provided with a tentative date.  Once you receive the order, you will fill the orders by the individual sellers order sheet.  We will provide you bags for your sellers.  At this point, orders are ready for distribution.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
Orders will be delivered or shipped six to eight weeks after all orders have been placed and payment has been received.  We will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order.  Organizations will be notified that orders have been shipped.  Distribution should start within a day or two of arrival, once you have filled your orders.  All of our products must be stored at room temperature, to maintain their freshness.

PAYMENT POLICY
A Payment of 50% of total sales must be received two weeks prior to delivery for shipped orders.  We only accept a single check from the organization sponsoring the fund-raiser.

REPLACEMENT POLICY
Products that arrive at their destination damaged, will be replaced, within ten days of the date of arrival. 

We ship our orders in cases and you are responsible for counting your orders, providing us with a number of cases needed per item, and filling your orders.  There should be no question of missing items.  Our items are double checked and packaged in cases so that there is no question that you are receiving the correct ordered amount.  However, if there is a miscount on your order, you can send us a check for the needed items and we will send out the additional order within ten days.

INCENTIVE PROGRAMS
Because South Texas Milling, Inc. offers such a high quality product at affordable cost and returns the highest profit for your company, we do not offer an incentive program for sellers.  The incentive program is an extra cost to your organization but can be altered by your organization to fit any need.
